QPS Digital partnered with Ron and Vicky at London House Photo to design, develop, host, and manage a custom digital platform that supports their end-to-end real estate photography business.
This project goes far beyond a traditional marketing website. The platform combines public service marketing, lead capture, role-based user portals, internal workflow automation, and secure media delivery — all supported by QPS Digital’s managed AWS hosting infrastructure.
London House Photo serves real estate professionals across the Greater Ottawa area, providing a wide range of photography and media services including still photography, video, virtual staging, interactive floor plans, and specialty media.
The challenge was to build a system that could clearly showcase these services publicly while also supporting complex internal workflows. The platform needed to handle multiple user types — agents, photographers, and administrators — without adding friction, while remaining fast, secure, and reliable for media-heavy usage.
Create a professional public website that reflects the quality and breadth of services
Capture and convert inbound leads from real estate agents
Build internal tools to manage photography jobs efficiently
Support multiple user roles with tailored access and permissions
Automate repetitive tasks and notifications
Ensure reliable performance for large volumes of images and media
QPS Digital delivered a complete end-to-end solution, including:
This approach allows London House Photo to centralize operations while maintaining a clean, professional experience for clients and partners.
The platform was designed around three primary user groups:
Visitors can explore services, view pricing, learn about the team, read testimonials, and submit inquiries that convert into qualified leads.
Real estate agents have secure access to view assigned jobs, receive completed media packages, and interact with deliverables without administrative delays.
Photographers can log in to create job tickets, upload and organize images, manage property details, apply branding, and generate shareable property pages with downloadable media.
Admins maintain full control over services, pricing inquiries, testimonials, team members, agents, photographers, and job workflows through a centralized dashboard.
To support operational efficiency, QPS Digital implemented workflows that streamline the entire process:
From an infrastructure standpoint, the platform is hosted on QPS Digital’s managed AWS environment, designed specifically for high-volume media applications.
The completed platform provides London House Photo with a powerful operational foundation that goes far beyond a traditional website. It supports service marketing, lead generation, efficient job delivery, and internal coordination — all from a single system.
By combining custom development, automation, and managed hosting, Ron and Vicky now have a platform that scales with their business while maintaining performance, security, and reliability across the Greater Ottawa region.
The platform was built on WordPress with custom development layered on top of an open-source technology stack. Responsive design ensures usability across devices, while modular architecture allows new features and workflows to be added over time.
The hosting environment is fully managed by QPS Digital on AWS, with proactive monitoring, daily backups, and dedicated media storage ensuring long-term stability and performance.
