QPS Digital partnered with Shane at Rough Hands to design, develop, host, and manage a custom website and internal platform built to drive new leads and streamline job management.

The project replaced a basic Google Form–based workflow with a professional, purpose-built system that supports lead capture, quoting, active job tracking, internal coordination, and customer communication. In addition to custom development, QPS Digital provides managed AWS hosting to ensure performance, security, and reliability.

Rough Hands needed more than a brochure website. Their previous setup relied on disconnected tools for lead intake, quoting, and job tracking, which created inefficiencies and limited visibility into active projects.

The challenge was to build a public-facing website that generates qualified leads while also developing internal tools that support real-world construction workflows—from initial inquiry through active jobs and customer follow-up—all within a single, easy-to-use system.
